I have a facebook page that has over 309k followers and have been told i can make money from it? I also have so many messages from people wanting to buy the page. Is this a scam? please help.. i would love to find out more

You can by selling yourself out and being paid to post advertisements (subtle ones or direct ones).
People don't like this - they will leave in their masses - trust me.
On the black market a page is worth 10 cents per member - however you can't authentically transfer ownership - you will have to remain a admin for a while.
