Your reaction to The Miz Comments after Raw last night? - "Jim Crockett Promotions Fan" - 03-24-2014 10:08 AM

The Miz, who did not appear on Raw after being "fired" by Triple H last week, continued his feud with Hunter on Twitter after Monday's Raw: "Triple H fires us for 'savagely attacking a WWE official.' I wonder if Triple H ever put his hands on a WWE Official. Let's see.. #Hypocrite."

and why Mark Henry isn't fired? let's count: 1 backstage guy who played Orton's music - Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross !! aren't they WWE officials? Triple H's real reason for firing them is his big ego ( storyline )

that is true, hhh got a reputation of doing worser stuff, saying i broke in ortons house and battered him in his own house when responding to cody rhodes Confused
even though its scripted, hhh isn't doing a great job

Pretending the firing was real: I know how Miz feels. My boss used to be a co-worker several years ago. Going into management changes a person, and changes his...outlook on things. We've had many discussions, and several arguments, about...the way things are done now that he's the boss. He's asking of me things he wouldn't do when he was a worker. I've...thrown that in his face a time or two, including one doozy of an argument that, had it been any other supervisor, probably would have gotten me sent home for a few days without pay. I put it to him just like this: "When YOU were (an hourly worker) YOU wouldn't have stood for this, and YOU wouldn't have let anybody do to you what you're trying to do to me NOW". His response? "Never mind what I would have done then, that doesn't matter anymore. I'm the boss NOW and we're doing it MY way". After a little more arguing he "compromised" enough to help me (with his hands and his time) with the stupid task so that it didn't take as long.

The point is, just about every boss was once "one of us" and did things like we do. When they go into management, they do change. Some of it is necessary, some of it is forced upon them whether or not they want it, and some of it is an over-inflated sense of self-worth. In any event, we feel used and abused by them because we know they used to do the very same things they want us to STOP doing now that they are management.

I understand Triple H's side, he's the boss and has to be in charge and keep things running smoothly. I understand Miz's side even more: all bosses become hypocrites once they gain that power over other people's employment.
