Why is Facebook liking pages on its own? - AllForks - 10-15-2012 07:57 PM The same question was asked but never resolved. My Facebook has been getting random newsfeed from random pages that I never LIKED. I unlike them but I keep getting more different pages on my newsfeed. I've changed both my Facebook & connecting email passwords but I'm still getting spam from these random fb pages. So I think it's a fb issue. How can I make it stop? - Katey Peanut - 10-15-2012 08:05 PM its a virus from facebook if it gets worse you might have to have it checked out - Graeme Nash - 10-15-2012 08:05 PM It's just the way of facebook. If you ever liked any thing before, or played a game like Zynga or something--you then gave your information to facebook or whoever does that... It's someting everyone goes through, but everyone hates. So I feel ya there, sorry about that. - Bradley - 10-15-2012 08:05 PM You should see if it was hacked? - AnonymousHeros - 10-15-2012 08:05 PM I believe you gave permissions to applications to access and use your profile as their own. To edit Application Permissions, go to: Facebook.com > Privacy Settings > Apps and Websites > Edit your settings. I'd take off any suspicious apps or anything that I no longer use. |
