My instagram is down also.. it keeps saying can not refresh news feed.. I heard there was a storm in Virginia, and that's the reason it is down right now...I also read, another question like this, that was posted 5 hours ago, and every answer said there dealing with it too...soooo, its not your phone..just be patient and hopefuly it will start back up!

Yes since last night it keeps saying can't connect to login server and I have an iPhone by the way and tried on my iPad too and same thjng

Instagram on my android phone isn't working either. Apparently its down due to a storm that hit Virginia.

Not working here either, it was keeping sayin couldn't refresh feed, I uninstall & reinstalled and now I can't even log in... Must be instagram servers problems, hope they fix it

I live in Perth western Australia and its not working for me wither but I don't see how a storm in vaginia is going to affect me ? What! But mines not working at all saying it can't refresh page all the time since yesterday
