I got suspended for unfair reasons and I had a few verified accounts following me(one of which I was extremely crushed to find out got taken away when i got suspended) will I get my followers back afte rthe suspention?

I don't think you'll get them back but you can always buy some cheap Twitter followers. You can get tons of cheap Twitter followers from sites like http://buycheapplus.com I actually got my followers instantly after the payment.
