okay so when I signed in to instagram I faked my email address and now I forgot my password so I cant get it back through email I also cant get it back through facebook can I contact instgarm in anyway

If you have recently connected Facebook account with your instagram you can reset using facebook. There are no other ways to get your password back as Instagram won't release your account.
