I'm getting this when I try to go to my friend's page.

you have either been blocked, or your friend deactivated her account

You got blocked, friend deactivated or unfriended you (if friend's profile is not public and you don't have mutual friends), friend changed username, you clicked on a broken link etc.
I would recommend: searching and watching profile directly, searching on Google to see if friend's profile still exists, watching friend's profile while logged out to confirm it exists (if public).
