He's 26, lives with his mom and he won't stop harassing and stalking my sites. After the superbowl, he sent a message to my best friend through Twitter who doesn't even know him. Why is he doing this? What would you call this type of guy?

I'd call him a stalker, and I would save every bit of what he's sending, then turn the evidence over to the cops. Using the Internet to harass or threaten people is a federal offense. With luck you could get the creep a trip to prison.
