For some reason my friend cannot accept me on facebook. her friend list is only about 2100+ and her other account is only 90+ she can see my messages but cannot add me

Ask her/him to delete one of her randomly selected friends in order to add you
This is for 1st account of 2100+
But for the other account with friend capacity of 90+ it seems he/she don't feel like to add you for some reason !
