There Are No Apps That Will Do That There may Be Programs on the PC That May Let you Do This
But Please Note Tho Anything Mass is Against Twitter's Terms of Service you Cant Mass Tweet People Or Mass Message People if Twitter Catch's You Doing This Your Account May Get Suspended
