owning a large group on facebook? - adir - 03-24-2014 10:15 AM

if I own a large group on facebook, and i want to promote other businesses by publishing them on my group, do i need to share my profits with facebook ?
and another question - how can i prevent other members of the group from making an event on my group ?

you dont need to share your profits, but facebook will probably shut it down due to what they call spamming - did you read the facebook terms of service when you signed up? (most people dont)

and you cant prevent people from making events, but you should be able to delete them if you are the admin

There is no need to give shares to facebook. But it may not be legal.. If you are admin of the group you can delete the events from the group. In group settings, there will be an potion: "who can make post in this group?". There you can edit.
