Go to the help center and put in your problem

post the video without the song.
Copyright is literally the right to copy and that is the record label's right, not ours. You copied the song onto facebook and that's copyright infringement

faceboook, like youTube, has a content identifying system.
basically, Record labels, Movie studios, TV studios, and other entertainment companies - they give youTube, facebook, and other sites files of their content and its entered in a database

When A video is uploaded, it is scanned for copyrighted material in their database while it's processing

if your video is found to have something in their database, You're automatically cited for copyright infringement

unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material is illegal. posting a video containing copyrighted music on the web, is really no different than burning your friend a cd-r copy of the music - it's piracy/copyright infringement, which is illegal
