I only stutter when I'm talking directly to people. I realized that I don't stutter when I'm talking to myself, reading out loud or even presentation. HELP!

Try getting a close friend and putting headphones in so you can't hear yourself. Then talk. Stutterers usually won't stutter if they can't hear themselves talk. Do this as often as necessary until you don't stutter anymore.
