There is no possible way of finding out how many times people view your profile.

Don't worry about whose creeping on your page, just keep everything set to Friends only, and your info will be fine.
Facebook removes all such user identifying aps and software because it's a privacy invasion, (for now anyway)

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
