If a person has his or her Facebook account linked to instagram and that person blocks you on Facebook will you be automatically blocked on instagram without the person having to block you? Please answer

No, if you block on Facebook then that is only on Facebook. The only way that they are linked is that it will upload your instergram picture to Facebook. They would have to block you on instagram too.
