So i wanna make a Facebook fan page where i can give people help on there animals... ( i am NOT a vet) i am 13 years old.. anyway should i or can i?

Yes, go for it, but if somebody has an ill pet and they ask you for your help and your not sure, just tell them to go to the vets, as you could give out wrong info. But yeah do it!!!
