I have a small photography business for weddings, seniors, and engagements. Right now I only advertise on social media sites, but I'm looking into putting ads into the local schools' yearbooks and Musical programs. Do I need to have a registered business and a license to do this? I don't know the requirements or anything.

If you make significant income like more than £200 a month then yes, but other than although it's a frowny.... no one would notice if you didnd't
