Oh why? is it down? I thought it was just mine that's not working! It just means that somethings wrong and theyre trying to fix it so no one can get on it at the moment

At the time of you asking this Instagram is currently experiencing technical problems and they're website/app is not working, it's "down". That's all it means; I'm sure it will be back soon.
