Actually, people create Facebook accounts all the time. I don't think the Facebook authorities see this as a problem, since they provide a link right on the home page.

just open his wall from and there you see a star button in side of following and messages,now click on that dropdown and there will be a option of report.now do this process by some others accounts.Account will be block automatically.

If Someone Created a Fake Account of you Go to The Profile Click on the Circle Than Click Report/Block Or if you Dont Have a Facebook Account Than To Report it
