You have to use now days since other companies do it. Its cheaper than traditional. Disadvantage: be careful what you say.

Social media presence is countable now days. Some of the people directly search you through social media profile to see the company information and posts related to your business. So it would be advantageous to use that.
And if we talk about disadvantages that's the people comment and your posts. So handle with care. and provide the unique and true information.

Apart from traditional business marketing, we used to prefer social media as a new marketing tool for any business venture. Social media is best for small business now days; it helps to develop and increase the marketing structure of a business.
Social media consists of both advantage and disadvantage such as;
Advantage
1. Social media make our business visible and popular.
2. Social media helps to get connected with our customer.
3. We can make our business page and put business information there.
Disadvantage
1. Fans and followers were putting their positive and negative comments in our business page that might be decrease or increase the value of our business.
