my friend liked all my pictures a few days ago as a joke, and now my notifications are stuck on 40 and will not clear. it's annoying to have that red box all the time. someone please help?

Try clicking the notifications, you know after you click the globe thing. Even if after you click it and it does not go away, just refresh the screen. If even then they do not go away, log out and log back on. If it is STILL there, they should eventually disappear. Facebook glitches up like that sometimes.
