Also, hair doesn't matter. They provide wigs. I need predictions based on my facial structure. Also, during the summer, I get really tan. If that makes any difference.

You can lean a lot on the Disney Auditions site. Trying to "predict" is rather futile. You could pass for Belle or Jasmine, but the hiring manager may jus put you in fur. Or something completely different.
Presentation is almost as important as appearance. Can you BE Belle? Or Snow White? Watch the movies and pretend to interact with guests, using keywords and catchphrases that the characters use. And check out disneyauditions.com
