Perhaps have many friends in real life? If they truly are your friends, than they would not hesitate to become your online pal on Facebook, right?

You can send request to 15 people max daily. If you send more your account will be blocked for few days. You won't be able to add friends. If you want many friends, why don't you write something useful that people will like and then they will keep adding you.

Create a killer bio/profile, start adding people you know/knew from school, add family, maybe then start making connections to your friends' friends. Don't start adding random people, though no matter how bad you want or need friends on Facebook!
