Well all my photos have at LEAST 29 likes, but it seems as though i hardly have any followers or comments.
I have 87 Followers and i use hashtags, comment on the popular page, make friends, and follow others, but i still have hardly any. it seems as though my friends who have just joined already have MORE followers than me.
Is there a website like twiends, increasr, or youlikehits for instagram?

Ask people to follow your instagram. Ask people on twitter, facebook, friends.
