I mean two different Facebook accounts, but both of them are under their name.

i guess if anyone ever hacks or something, they got backup.

There are many reasons why. The most probable reason is because they forgot the password to their facebook account and had to start all over.
Some people, as myself, have a personal account and a business account.
Some people have fake accounts to try to get people to add them so that they can see their private facebook profile. There are codes for that too, but only a few are working right now...
