once the app is tottaly developed and approved in App store, Google Play and others, then start with marketing of your app.
1. Create a business page for your app in Facebook, Google+, twitter, Linked-in, Pinterest , etc.
2. Keep posting regular updates on each social media site with useful content.
3. Increase fan base consistently.
4. Make a lit of some useful keywords on which you think, your app is most appropriate. then, start making links to your app page on app store, Google Play, etc.
5. The you will start ranking for those keywords in some time.
Just continue this process and your marketing is good to go.
