The last album "Take me Home"was no.1 in 37 counties ( not 37 countries).

edit: As the UK has over 90 counties I thought it odd that One Direction would reach the top position in less of half of them. Anyway it seems you are correct, but the top position in 37 countries was, I believe for their second album "Take me Home", or perhaps even their equally successful first album, or perhaps even a single of theirs.
Globally, the record album( Take Me Home) topped the charts in more than thirty-five countries, and was the fourth best-selling album of 2012, selling 4.4 million units.

It was quite a feat,but it in 2012 Psy also went no.1 in 37 countries with "Gungnam Style".
