have u tried it from a different browser? i use firefox, chrome has some good qualities but firefox is a lot faster and more efficient

Update chrome and install any missing plug-ins
Or switch to Mozilla Firefox, it's on top of it's game right now...

Chrome sucks... it is an over-hyped and over-rated system memory hog... and isn't as secure as many seem to think. Use a different browser.
