I have a couple celebs following me including Jake Miller, Pitbull, and Madison Pettis following me and it was actually pretty easy to get them to follow me but I want people like Cody Simpson, Justin bieber, and one direction to follow me. They all follow fans I know that cuz they even said but they get so many tweets a day its hard to get their attention. Whats a good way to stand out?? Is there a way to get them to follow you other than spamming them or whats interesting things to say to them? 10 pts to best answer! Thanks

You can make a video saying how much of a fan you are.

Don't constantly spam them with things like "OMG I LOVE U SO MUCH" - they get tons of that.
Be consistent with your messages. Tweet them random, interesting stories. Reply to things they tweet or retweet with constructive and interesting replies, not just things like "OMG that joke was so funny lolz"
Again, be consistent and polite and interesting. Show them that you're more than the average annoying fan who floods their timeline with the same messages over and over. And don't beg them to follow you.
