I just saw an application going around facebook saying "see whos checking your profile." Does it actually work? I know facebook has privacy laws, but I'm sure application makers know how to get around it.

I doubt it. Facebook has privacy laws, and more than that they can control what their apps do. Don't bother with a scam.

That application doesn't work. Don't trust people who create that kind of application because that's the scam.
