i cant able to like others pictures,, i cant able to comments on others pictures,,except chatting i can't be able to do anything on facebook....!!!!!!
please please please make out the solution for this and recover my facebook account asap

sounds like facebook disabled your account for doing something against the rules
did you create more than one account?
did you try to advertise something?
did you spam something to get more likes?

If you face such problems like Account blocked can be solved the through the verification process like security code received by SMS, identifying your friends photos etc.
And if you are able to but some of the feature or service if not working don't worry they might be temporary blocked for you activity.
Wait for few days and you might not face such type of problem then.
