so I started a facebook group, so far getting people to join has been a challenge. I've joined related groups, invited friends/contacts. what else can I do? I don't wont to spam.

perhaps its your title? i had a look at your group and iwould never think to search for that.maybe join alternative meds groups and advertise your group?
