Okay, if i disable or "delete" my yahoo account, which i usED for my old facebook, will it delete my facebook account to?

No, but if you ever have a log-in problem there will be no where for FB to send you a reset.

I don't think so that will happen but you will face problem when you loose your password or any such problem . in my opinion first change the email id associated with your facebook account and then delete the yahoo account.
