Like I get notifications like this from people I don't even care about. I tried to disable push notifications and it was still vibrating like it just needs to stop... Please does anyone have a solution to my problem????

Honestly, there isn't a solution, per se. But you can either, a) Delete Twitter full stop. or b) Start a new Twitter account. If that doesn't work, I don't know anymore.
