I'm new 2 twitter, & i replied to someone's tweet, but they have not said anything back. They are NOT following me, did they even see my reply? or do I need to send them a direct message?
Thanks SOOO much, any other stuff about twitter that u think I should know will DEFINITELY help as well.

yea there not gonna c ur reply if their not following you back , jusz send a direct message .

Yes they can ....... if you put @username, if they are on their homepage and press @theirownusername, they can see any tweets they are mentioned in!
