I'm having problems with this as well and it is really frustrating. My video worked once but now that I go back to it it doesn't appear anymore, just six pictures. Does anyone have any answers?

Same here, I saw mine (on iPhone) and posted it to Facebook, but then deleted it from my timeline because it didn't show my (incredibly witty!) comment, now when I go back to it, I just get photos and a thank you. Where's my video?!

i'm having the same problem- it only shows 6 of my most recent photos and no video. it is not an issue of longevity or content like was suggested below.. i've been on facebook since 2005 and am a very active user. so sad! haha.. i don't know what's worse though- the fact i was looking soooo forward to my fb lookback video or the fact that it doesn't work. hahaa!

I also deleted two pictures thinking it would remake the video and now just have 6 pictures no video😂

Me too! I shared the video but then i accidently deleted the post and when i tried to get it back again it just had the thank you page and 6 photos. It was SOOO perfect I really want it back. $20 Reward via Pay Pal for anyone who can post a solution!

I am having the same problem, I deleted a photo of mine and the entire video disappeared. I have been using FB since 2009 and mine has lots of posts and pictures. This is disappointing so many users are having the same problem, they should address it asap or someone can let Facebook know, I have no idea how to correct it!

Mine disappeared after I tried to share it. (I decided I wanted to edit the standard message, so I deleted it, but when I tried to share again it had changed to six photos.) It is sad... I wish I had saved it

same here.. you can "REPORT A PROBLEM" to fb from your own fb profile, on the top right hand corner of the screen the second icon next to your name (* looking thing)... I pasted this link and reported the same issue everyone is describing here.

I'm having the same problem, all because I deleted one picture that I didn't want on my video....Facebook please fix this. :-(

ah crap, i deleted my facebook a little while ago but reactivated it becuz all of the pics on there, thats prolly why its not working, now im so mad because i had hella pics and posts on there fml >_<
