I think if you have selected to limit who can see older posts, or made similar privacy choices, limiting viewership of older posts, then your lookback video won't work and you get 6 fairly recent photos and the 'thank you' message.

I tried all those things and nothing works! I just have 6 pictures showing up after hit share and went back to check who I was sharing my video (public, friends, etc). I hit the back button on my phone and the video disappeared!! I'm bummed, sent report and hope to get it back.

I have had my profile since 2009 and in my opinion I have more pictures and share more than my husband does. He's had a profile for the same amount of time and he was able to make a video. Obviously Facebook thinks different about my profile. CNN advises users that do not have enough material will only receive 6 pictures or a thank you note. CRAP!
If you report the issue with Facebook they advise you that they do not respond to individuals, but they'll put the issue in their database to better their site. CRAP! There is no solution.
For those of you who were lucky enough to get a video, but decided to delete a picture because you didn't like it; that SUCKS! CNN advised that there should have been an edit button for your video, but it seems there is no such thing. Guess you pushed your luck with that one! Those of you who are unable to make a video just have to deal with it like I do. Upsetting!!

First off the share link doesn't work I get an HTTP 500 error...
Second off it doesn't solve the deleted picture problem...
I would rather they just not did this at all.... it makes me sick

Same here, had the video, but could not see the edit OR a share button so I closed it and reopened it twice, then the third time I tried it, all I got was the thank you page with 6 pictures. THIS sucks and is ridiculous. AND as some people said and I also read that yes if you haven't been on fb too long or didn't share alot, you won't get the video. THAT is NOT my case. I actually SAW my look back video but as I said it wasn't giving me a share button. WHAT the heck?

Josh, I'm a member since Aug 08 and don't have a video, all I get is 6 pics.

Yeah same issue! I deleted a pic and then the video doesn't work at all! I really hope and would appreciate it if somebody could figure it out and let me know how to fix it!!!

Same problem here using and Android I'll try downloading flash I guess to see if it works
