Why do people ignore my texts and emails? - mrlala - 03-24-2014 10:36 AM

On twitter or Facebook when i send someone an email they always ignore it. please don't say "oh maybe they didn't see it" or "oh maybe they're too busy" BS they read my email on Facebook and it then "has seen at whatever time" they viewed my email. on twitter i tweet people and they ignore me and they end up being on and writing stuff but totally ignoring my stuff. or whenever someone tweets me i reply back to them and they never EVER respond.. i'm so sick of this!! these people are supposed to be friends but if they can't take a second out of there lives to reply to me then don't even talk to me whenever you feel like talking to me.. does anyone else have this problem????

I suggest you find some better friends Sad
These people are honestly not worth your time.

I don't normally have this problem, but if they were real friends who cared about you, then they would make the time to tweet or message you back.

Yup I have this problem frequently and not just with FB. Someone can post I have a hole in my sock and get 50 thumbs up and 50 replies... If I post something pertinent, nothing.

I have posted a few times on yahoo Q and A, simple questions, not ONE person responded or reached out. I got one reply on one of them and it was a sarcastic stupid jerk response.

This has been happening for years to me and is getting worse as the family and social circle expand, didn't change at all upon expansion.

Never understood it myself, so we float in the same boat.

I have tried different angles, trying to make new friends, can't even seem to obtain new friends, on and on to make changes for the better.

Is there to much negativity within yourself? Your own world? Perhaps it is time for you and I to change that, if so, start doing things for you to make you feel better, get away from the computer for starters.

They say that the energy you give off is what you attract, I am beginning to think there may be some truth to it.

Start with you. Make small baby steps but, good ones, for yourself. Volunteer, play a sport, be a big brother or sister, etc.

I hope this may help you Smile

You can always contact me through here if need be, if you need someone to talk to offline.
