Wow....a funny and interesting question..
You can improve facebook through the following:
1.Try to add more friends(those who visit facebook always especially)
2.Post interesting things like videos, pictures,quotes etc
3.Post your own superb pics if u have(to get more likes)
4.Try to like more official pages of celebrities/interesting pages(u may get more intersting news regarding it)...
These are the things which i made..hope u will get a better results

Engage With People Who like your Page
Have you Asked your Friends Yet to Like your Page ? If Not Use the Build Audience Tool and Invite them to your Page
Ask Them to Share your Page
Post in Groups and pages on Facebook and Ask People to Like your Page

1) Post interesting content on your Facebook page.
2)Find other's Facebook Page related to yours own page and try to submit your page link to their Facebook timeline.
3)invite your friends from time to time.
4)Join Facebook group related to your page and try to submit your link on those group if admin allows it.

if you want some real likes for your page, share some interesting stuff and build the correct audience. if not advertise your page through ads on facebook. if likes are the only thing you want, you can get those at many sites that give like-per-like basis. for example go to sites like youlikehits.com , sendmelike.com , followlike.net , addmefast.com
