Alright so these two guys were chillin in the hallway today when I came out of the bathroom. My friend was also in the hallway and we have this insider type thing where we say "hashtag" and then say something. He was like "hashtag wasting time" and I was like "hashtag truuuee". So then my friend went in his class and one of the guys sitting in the hallway was like "hashtag girl your booty is raw" and then the other guy was like "hashtag right right". So what does "raw" mean. Was it an insult or a compliment?
