That's a question for the show's distributor, Sony Pictures and/or Netflix.
it all depends if Sony is even willing to license it and if Netflix even wants it.
I doubt anyone on yahoo answers has an answer to this properly

What do you mean no one on Yahoo Answers knows? I'm the president of Sony Pictures, and we just signed a deal with Netflix. You should see it available soon.
No, I am not who I claimed... I was reminded of an earlier answer I gave about trusting the claims of identity made online (someone believes the CEO of a major company is following him/her through Twitter (or was it Instagram?)).
