I recently switched to the new Facebook timeline. However, my friends cannot see the new layout and I cannot find the "publish timeline" button. (I had recently made a timeline for my friend as well; I found the "publish timeline" button and it worked fine).
Also, whenever I go to my wall, it's stuck on the info tab and I can't see my wall unless I type in &sk=wall at the end of my facebook id.

Facebook is still working issues out. Be patient.

Facebook layouts are here now. To an extent. If you activate Timeline, by visiting http://www.fblyts.com. Hope this helps.
