The story is I found out from a friend that my ex has a new girlfriend and there was proof when I saw the pictures of him and his gf on facebook on her page. So what I did was I deleted him from facebook and instagram and his pics on my phone and he's number but then he followed me again on instagram and I'm not sure why.

It sucks I know
but there is no way to make feelings magically disappear.
