What does it mean to tweet someone?
And just everything else I should know lol

Tweeting someone means you're interacting/speaking with the person you mention. You can check out your mentions if someone is talking to you, you're able to reply them back. On Twitter, you're also able to retweet or favorite someone's tweets, and compose tweet means you're writing something that your followers can read it. You're also able to check out the Trending Topics, to know what people are talking out there.
