Is it okay to have 2 facebook accounts? - Asmar Amjad - 03-24-2014 10:42 AM

Hi there,

I currently have 1 facebook account, but i need to make another one as well so current one will be personal and the new one will be for other friends, and there are some few more reasons as well.

The thing is that I was reading facebook's terms and found the following line:

"You will not create more than one personal profile."
Under the "Registration and Account Security" part.

What do you guys say, should i avoid having 2 accounts, or is it not a problem to make another one and use 2 ?

I actually do not want to break the rules, and secondly i want proper service, and not a account that can be suspended anytime, so what you guys say?

I've few friends with +2 accounts, but still, is it fine?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

yeah, there's no problem with that at all.

As long as you use a different e-mail it's fine. Smile x

Is it fine to violate the terms of agreement? Absolutely not! Can you get away with it? Probably, with over 1/2 billion users, it would be tough to find that needle in the haystack. But do you want to run that risk? It's up to you.

You can have two facebook accounts if you have two emails because it is not allowed with the same e-mail. I know face book will understand the reason why people need multiple accounts and there can actually be some reasons like some people plan to separate their group of friends (family and friends). The problem may occur if you keep registering new accounts. only two accounts should be fine.
