Can I get instagram on an xperia ray or blackberry bold 9900,if so how?

You can't get instagram on blackberry's, however you may be able to get it on your Xperia.
The easiest way is to go to your app store, e.g "apple app store" "google play" etc. and search Instagram.
Also, Instagram is free, so don't download anything that says you have to pay for it
