i want to install a program that notifies me when i have a message on facebook . for example, when i am watching a movie in full screen, then somebody messages me.. a pop up will appear or an icon.

There is No Facebook Chat Desktop Notification The Only Program you Can Install On your Computer is The Chat Program But it Does Not include Tho Notifcations

No. there is no Facebook chat desktop notification.

You can use this only in windows 8.1. First you need to upgrade to windows 8.1. Then install Facebook app. login in that Facebook app. Finally you can see notification at any time if you are in online.
