You can't get rid of fat by lifting weights. You have to eat better and lose the fat that way.

I don't know why Dee is getting any thumb downs. She is 100% correct. You have to use dieting to adapt your body to using fat for energy. Low-carb, high-fat is, in my opinion, the best way to do this. Your body usually uses carbs for its energy. When you decrease carbs and increase the fats, your body begins using fat as its main energy source. So when you're not eating, your body is still using energy, so it takes from your fat stores. I've lost 30 lbs. over the last month and a half doing this. I was also very into working out. My diet was the ONLY thing I changed up.

edit: Weightlifting does not make you lose fat. You do not use fat for energy on a regular basis. Fat is the body's "energy stores" for times of starvation. Evolution has adapted our body that way. The body uses carbohydrates for its energy on a daily basis. You will not lose fat until your carb stores are depleted. Therefore, you will not burn fat by weightlifting. You will be burning carbs from your diet.

No, don't read into the other comment, this is an arrogant person, lifting weight actually makes you lose fat more efficiently than jogging and other bullshi...
To lose fat you don't have to do a long exhausting cardio, you have to only do high intensity training for short periods of time, best high intensity combination for me to get ripped was, lifting weights, doing sprints, and jumping rope as fast as I can.
1) don't neglect any body part, especially legs which are the biggest muscles in the body, the more muscle tissues you work, the more testosterone your body produces, this is the hormone that builds the muscles and sheds the fat away. Do less reps but with heavy weights, and don't spend more than hour before you step outta the gym.
2) sprint for half an hour now and then, at first it's hard to do more than 15 seconds per one sprint but later you will reach up to 1 minute.
3) do jump rope as fast as you can.
4) consume little carbs, enough protein, right amount of calories.

Creatine is created naturally in the body as needed. It is only ideal in a loading phase of exercise to allow faster recovery in high intensity or heavy weight exercises. The benefit is you recover faster thus can do more work in a shorter time thus gain more muscle. BUT it does not grow muscle. It does not cause hairloss, only kidney damage if taken in too large quantities.

Supplements do not make a good body. Hard work and clean eating does. There is a lot that can be done to achieve what you want but it takes a little more information before I can give a clear answer.
