In Youtube and in facebook, some people request us to 'subscribe'. What does it mean? - Aakaashh Galaxy - 03-24-2014 10:43 AM

Is there any business target or monetary gain of them behind such "Subscription request"? Is there any risk in subscription?

Not at all,but subscribe means the gain of customers for their products and they do not charge anything for that.So simply for rating purposes they give subscribe links.......

There is no risk over on that, If you accept subscription request you will their status updates in your facebook home page like your friend status updates.

It mainly for increasing products advertisements and popularity purpose.
