Hi all, i just want to know if i can post a photo on my own wall and "share" it on my friends and then delete the image from my gallery would the image still be on my friends wall?

It won't appear on your friends wall once you've deleted it.

No it Wont Be There Because you Deleted it if its a Shared Image It Will Go When you Delete it
